DocSender sends your documents with the content the recipient needs: an invoice with the total balance, a statement with the overdue invoices, a quote with relevant product information or an order with exactly the terms that apply to it.
Not tied to one system
DocSender is not part of your ERP system. It is a separate solution that works together with all common systems. That has two advantages:
- Documents from several sources. Invoices from the ERP system, contracts from a legacy system, reports from somewhere else – they are all sent the same way, with the same rules and the same look.
- Data from even more sources. DocSender can fetch information the system that produces the document doesn't know: a balance, a contact person from the CRM, the terms that apply to this particular customer.
And if you change ERP system, you don't have to rebuild your document dispatch. It comes along.
One place for the rules
Who should get what, when, and with which text? It is written in one place instead of being spread over several systems – and it can be changed without touching them.
