Most of the work is understanding
We see software development as a process that is mainly about:
- understanding the company's needs,
- finding and defining the challenges – or the places where there is something to gain,
- planning the development in steps,
- laying down the architecture,
- testing, putting into operation and handing over to support.
The developer's new role
We believe a software developer's job today is to be an architect and an analyst – and, together with the customer, to find and solve the problems. The programming itself has become trivial. It just needs the right framework, the right technology and the right infrastructure behind it.
That is where we put our effort.
