Projects in crisis

Second opinion, rescue or takeover – and technical expert witness if the project has ended in a dispute.

There are many reasons why an IT project ends up in crisis: people, collaboration, technical challenges or changes in the world around it. Most often it is several of them at once.

Review and plan at a fixed price

The rescue itself can rarely be priced in advance. But we always start with a review and an outline plan at a fixed price: €2,000 excl. VAT. Then you know where the project actually stands and what it will take.

Second opinion – or we take over

We can give a second opinion and help get the project back on an even keel. Or we can take over the project and see it through.

We also take on the role of your project manager towards another supplier. Then we are your ambassador and make sure the project lands within the agreed limits.

When it's all over

If the project has collapsed and ended in a dispute, we can act as technical experts in court cases and arbitration.
