Datalogik P/S (CVR (Danish company registration number) 26635578) is the data controller for the information we receive through this website. If you have any questions, write to info@datalogik.dk or call +45 70 203 703.
In brief
- We do not use cookies.
- We do not use any statistics, advertising or tracking services – not even Google Analytics.
- The site does not fetch anything from other servers. Fonts, images and scripts are hosted by us.
- We only receive personal data if you send it to us yourself through a form or an email.
When you write to us
When you use the form to book a call or get a price, we receive the information you write: name, company, email address, phone number and your message.
- Purpose: to reply to you and give you what you have asked for.
- Basis: your enquiry and our legitimate interest in replying to it (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)).
- Where: the form is sent as an email to our own mailbox. It is not stored anywhere else on the website.
- How long: we delete the enquiry when it is no longer relevant – no later than 12 months after our last contact. If the enquiry becomes part of a collaboration, we store it in the case history for as long as the collaboration lasts, and for 12 months thereafter.
We do not disclose your information to others and do not use it for marketing.
When you visit the site
Like all web servers, the web server records which pages are requested, the time, the IP address and the name of the browser. We use this only for operations and security, e.g. to detect and stop attacks. The log files are deleted after 30 days.
To protect the forms against spam, we briefly count how many enquiries come from the same IP address. This takes place only in the server's memory and is not stored.
Your rights
You have the right of access to the information we hold about you, and the right to have it rectified or erased. You can also object to our processing. Write to info@datalogik.dk.
If you are dissatisfied with how we process your information, you can lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.
When we process data for our customers
When we host, operate or develop solutions for our customers, we process personal data on the customer's behalf. In that case the customer is the data controller, and we are the data processor. We regulate this in a data processing agreement.
